Being a great engineer is defined by the ability to make others around you better, to deliver projects successfully, and to create impact that moves the whole organization forward.

And engineers with the biggest impact have the multiplier mindset.

In the book, I cover:

• Exact mindset you need to thrive today and in years to come, both as an engineer and engineering leader

• Important traits and skills to develop

• 8 case studies from successful multipliers from companies like Pinterest, Adobe, Microsoft, to name a few

I already shared 2 case studies (adapted for the newsletter) as articles, and you can read them here:

When thinking of what new things I can do in order to provide more value to everyone reading the newsletter → I came up with the idea of a weekly video.

At first, my reaction was: "I can write great articles, but video is a totally different skillset!”.

But then the more I thought about it, the more I liked the idea especially because I am learning something new, challenging myself and also getting better at explaining topics more clearly.
