Intro

In recent years, the concept of remote work has gained immense popularity.

With technological advancements and changing work dynamics, many companies are embracing the idea of fully remote teams.

While working remotely offers flexibility and freedom, it also presents unique challenges that can hinder team productivity and collaboration.

I have joined forces with Gabriele Proni, CTO and author of Remote Team Mastery, to give you the best 6 tips possible for you to thrive in a fully remote team!

Gabriele: Setup your working station(s) properly

“Properly” is a vast concept because it varies from person to person.

Wherever I go, my work setup to feel “powerful” is composed by:

3 x Monitors, 1 x Mouse (I get crazy about using the trackpad), 2 x headsets (1 x wireless, 1 x wired as backup), paper and Pen (to take notes or draw, it helps me a lot).

Whether I am at home or traveling, I always need such equipment.
