Absolutely crazy! Those Slack messages look really fake. It's just perfect communication and coordination 😂

Right, too perfect gave it away! Human interactions are far from that.

Thank you so much for your thorough article!

I have a suggestion that could make it even better: consider removing the "Red Flags to Look For" section. I worry that it might give scammers some ideas to improve their techniques. By pointing out those key areas, they might come up with more sophisticated scams. Just a thought!

Glad you liked the article Alasin! And really appreciate your concern. I'd leave it in for now for 2 reasons:

1. The article will become part of the archive after a few weeks and will just be fully accessible to paid susbscribers

2. I'd rather see any of the readers to avoid potential scams as they can be very very costly. As to try to do everything to prevent them to get better (as I think that's unavoidable to certain extent as tech is getting better and better and also the whole article I think helps both sides at least a bit)

Indeed, was quite surprised how sophisticated the scams have become when I first heard about the story. Hoping that we can help as many people possible to avoid falling for such.
