When thinking of what new things I can do in order to provide more value to everyone reading the newsletter → I came up with the idea of a weekly video.
At first, my reaction was: "I can write great articles, but video is a totally different skillset!”.
But then the more I thought about it, the more I liked the idea especially because I am learning something new, challenging myself and also getting better at explaining topics more clearly.
So, every Sunday, alongside a weekly newsletter for everyone, I’ll also include a video.

The goal with videos is the same as with the newsletter articles and that is to help everyone to:
be better engineers or managers,
have more opportunities and grow in their careers,
be great leaders.

I know people work better with different learning formats, so more formats = helping more people. It's a good idea.
Please also have transcripts. AI-produced transcripts are fine. I ask because many of your writings act as reference materials for me... so I need them to be searchable and indexable. Video is neither of those things.
I admit I also greatly prefer text to listening/watching. :)
