Well said John! Yeah, I did that mistake and thought that "things will magically get better". Well, they never do. Always better to give feedback as early as possible.

Me too, and I suspect most, if not all of us do.
They key thing that many miss, is recognising it is a mistake and taking the uncomfortable step to chance.
