This was such an insightful read! It shifted my perspective and got some wheels turning around how to approach goal-setting in our small agency this year. I brought the idea of an exploration phase around growth (as an alternative to diving right into goals) into my 1-1s this week and folks seemed really engaged with it. Looking forward to where this might lead.
