Congrats on the milestone! Out of curiosity, did you know you wanted to write about engineering leadership since you started or did you try out a couple of topics before getting to it?
Thank you! I've made a lot of mistakes growing from engineering to engineering leadership roles, therefore I wanted to share what I have learned throughout the years, and possibly help at least some people make a bit less mistakes. So, yeah to answer your question, I knew I wanted to write about engineering / engineering leadership because I know(from my own experience) how challenging senior+ roles can be, and how valuable it is to learn from others who have already been through those challenges.
Thanks for the story Gregor! I am just starting out and your comment about learning resonates. I started writing for that exact reason, I see something happening at work and need to understand why, so I research the answer and write about it. I've found that writing has helped me become a better leader, and better at understanding/explaining some to the day to day challenges.

You’ve done a great job. I think consistency is one of the biggest determinants of success in almost anything. Keep going.
Thanks you! And yes, fully agree.
