This is excellent. I think more startups should try on this model. Most creative minds have a desire to do more however most environments are not set up for that. this is a great example of a business model that works for 2026 and beyond. I’m excited to see where this goes and how they align with cybersecurity giant.
Glad it resonated Clint! It's definitely an environment that is more of an exception than a standard these days (but will become more common imo), and it's not made for everyone. But someone who thrives wearing different hats and is empowered to make things happen -> such engineer will have a great time working in such culture.

💯 it sure does, should become a norm. I’ve seen engineers struggle in the current structures. This is an upgrade imo
