One observation. I have noticed that unless the team is properly formed, aligned, psychologically safe, and collaborative, the public praise by name might backfire. It may foster an individualistic culture, which requires strong management.
Thanks and great to hear that! That is true, can definitely be the case. I tried always setting the expectations and the whole culture of the team very clear from the start -> that we value teamwork a lot more than any individualism. That has shown to help a lot with such cases.
