Intro

The current market is quite saturated and especially hard to navigate through for less experienced people or people who have just started their careers.

It can also be hard for more experienced people, especially for those that are not improving. I like to say that if you are not growing, you are stagnating.

If you are just focusing on your day-to-day responsibilities and not doing anything else, you are not putting yourself in the best position to be successful.

In this article, we are going to go through what it takes to be competitive in the current engineering market. Let’s start with the first tip.

Start writing online if you haven’t yet

Writing online is a great way to help others, mark yourself as an expert in a certain field, and also grow your knowledge as well.
